DEDUCTED EXTRA FROM MY ACCOUNT

On the 27th February 2016 i had two amounts taken off from my account. One R799 (which was the correct amount and which was the amount agreed on per month) and then a second amount of R124.78 which was not agreed and which i was NOT advised to when i took the loan from RCS. That amount of R124.78 has made me short of paying another account which is now going to leave me blacklisted thanks to RCS. I have also left 2 messages on their website regarding this matter and no one has bothered to come back to me.<br> I want the amount of R124.78 put back into my account with immediate effect.
