Debit order not taken on agreed date, incompetence of staff and systems, overall poor customer experience and journey

I'm utterly disgusted by the atrocious customer service rendered by your staff. I have been **** to , my expectations were not managed, no acknowledgement of dissatisfaction, broken promises and the list goes on.

I have an ongoing issue with payment not being taken and I need someone to contact me asap!

I am a loyal , paying customer for years. No one deserves this ill treatment.
