DEBIT ORDER *****

I recently opened up two accounts within this group and everything went fine, my accounts are on debit orders which I set for the 31st of the month and to my horror and shock my bank lets me know there is TWO unpaid debits on my account all because they decided to **********ly change my debit order payment date to the 28th.

How does a financial company decide to change debit order dates as it suits them. I must now fall around to make in store payments and be fined by my bank because of this. These unpaid debit orders will now negatively impact me with my bank for the next two years and this is no fault of my own.

I want a damn good explanation as to why these debits went off ahead of time and who is paying that unpaid debit orders. I am now receiving SMS stating that the debits are unpaid. Who the hell is gonna be charge for this it best not be me.
