<p>I called the company that you handed over my account to requesting for a settlement balance and was given a discount of 20%. but when i calculate the settlement balnce it does not add up. This is the qoute that was emailed to me; Good Day</p> <p> Kindly receive the attached statement for your RCS MDD GAME Account, You qualify for a 20% discount, your current balance is R 6,131.72 and amount to be paid after the discount is R 5,096.18. If you going to need a Clearance letter after paying off the account an amount of R 32.00 need to be added on the settlement amount.</p> <p> If you minus R6,131.72 minus 20% is R4905.38 i dont know where vericred system learned their maths. When i advised Thandeka Magudulela of this she advised that im their incuded collections cost. i advised that on the statement that she sent me that is already included on the balance then she changed and says its for the calls that i made to them. I diddnt know that you get billed for calling the creditor. i thought if they call you then they bill you. When i told her i dont understand this will complain about it she rudely says then i should go complain and let her continue with her Job. This is ridiculously not making sense. Please advise as this are your attorneys. I cant deal with that attitude.</p>
