Daily unwanted calls - refusal to remove number

Dear RCS,<br> Your call centre harasses me daily and I have now asked on 5 occasions to have my number removed from your automated dial out call centre in the past few weeks.<br> I would like a formal investigation (via reply via email / this forum) of to the call yesterday at 10.59 from ***.<br> <br> Your agent refused to:<br> 1. Identify himself or herself by company and full name.<br> 2. Refused to put me through to a supervisor.<br> 3. Action the removal or my name. <br> <br> Remove my number permanently from any RCS correspondence or I will consider legal action.
