Customer Service is Pathetic!!!

Customer service is absolutely pathetic!!! I've requested multiple times to correct an account not active on my name, with no repsonse nor feedback. Every time i phone i get someone less competent than the previous person. How do I resolve this???

Not suprised that you don't even know how Hello Peter works...shocker...Still no feedback no update, no assistance, no customer service. It's like trying to get something done by the goverment or a municipality...useless!!!
