09:30 I got a call from RCS and spoke to Angi letting me know that my account is in arrears, as I have not made payment yet, which I am aware of, as last night, I get a sms stating:

WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REQUIRED PAYMENT ON YOUR CAPE UNION MART ***.16 IS DUE NOW.CALL ********** 729 TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

I call immediately and get through to a voice prompt stating that you're closed and need to call tomorrow, why was that sms sent with instructionsto c all and when I do, there's nobody to help? As there was nobody to help me, I e-mail you.

Then wiith the call from Angi this morning, she repeats and explains herself and not very clear esulting in me having to ask her for clairty.

She says your account is in arrears repeatedly until I ask for clarity whether it's a question or her saying, she says question, how am I supposed to know that, where was the question mark?

At the beginning of the call, I said to her I'm a Brain Cancer patient, no acknowledgement from her of what I said, then further down the conversation, she tells me she's not harrasing me, she's just doing her job.

Listen to the recording of the call, as she said the calls are recorded and you'll hear I said I feel like I'm being interrogated, nowhere did I say harras?! Is your job not to listen? Is your job not to let me speak instead of speaking over me? I told her that I emailed last night, she asks what e-mail address, is that a requirement of being an RCS account holder, i.e. knowing your contact details off by heart?
