CTM debited my account for an account that’s paid off

I regret taking credit from these people. First of all their service consultants are super rude. I requested a settlement amount on the 13th of August which I received same day. I paid off the amount same day and requested that the account be closed. This morning you debit money from my account for what? This is annoying and frustrating now I must go through a refunds annoying ****ing process!
