CTM - credit cars

Hello

I need assistance, I paid off my CTM credit card last year December. I went to 3 different CTM one in roodepoort, dobsonville and Clearwater calling the RCS to close the account. I waited for 1 hour on the call at all 3 CTM stores without a conclusion and at one of the stores the sales man told me they blocked it so am good nothing with be done.

I have a video of the call while I was at CTM trying to close the account.

I seriously need help because now CTM is calling me saying I owe them the card charges.

Plz close my CTM credit card.
