Creditor settlement
I requested settlement amount from RCS for RCS card account number *** and on the 23rd July 2020 I received a settlement letter from RCS. The settlement letter stated I need to pay settlement amount of R473.04 and I paid the settlement amount in full on the 27th July. I thought the matter was closed, on the 12th August 2020 I received a statement from RCS telling I owe the an amount of R73.04. And I querying this with RCS they came back on 26th August 2020 telling my account is opening and I owe them.
