Credit Bureau Outdated Information

I have had a very bumpy year in 2023 and missed payments on my Makro account. I managed to get back in my feet this year in January. I paid off all the arrears in my account. Just when I thought all is well RCS decides not to update my credit bureau information. The account was last updated on the 10th of January. They normally have it updated on between the 10th to 12th of each month without fail but now that I have cleared my arrears - Seems like no one cares to send an update to the credit bureau. This has never happened before. I really need that information to be updated. There’s only one week left for the month of February and why is my information not updated? I contacted credit bureaus and they said there is nothing they can do until they receive updates from RCS. May I have someone please update my payment information ASAP? I plan on paying for the account and keeping it open but if this would not be appreciated I can easily settle and close the account.
