Coricraft proof of payments not allocated to account

I have sent through my proof of payments FIVE times now. Firstly, my attachments weren't being received, I was sending them in PDF format. On Sunday I drove to a Coricraft store and they scanned it through for me. They sent the attachments in tif format.

I have phoned now to confirm they have received the scan, which they have. Now they say I need to go to the bank to get some more information??? I sent through the bank payment receipts as received from the bank. RCS says they would of sent the new information request to the email address my proof of payment was sent from, that was a scanner!!!

I do not have the time to go and get more information, I have sent through the proof of payments. My previous August deposit payment was allocated no problem, no query.

The lack of actual service is appalling.

I want this sorted, so that I can pay the remainder and close the account.
