I was promised that when I activate my RCS profile and have a minimum spend of R500, I will be entitled to a R250 voucher. After spending above the minimum I have unsuccesfully tried to obtain the voucher. No emails are responded to and on different occassions I spoke to agents, namely Amanda and Kobus, who confirmed the validity of my claim but no conclusion as to when and how I will receive the voucher. This is after spending an average of 20 minutes on a call that simply gets disconnected. At the very least this is false representation and advertising to lure clients into opening an account.
