Complete waste of time trying to use an RCS card.

Ive owned an RCS card for many years now, and today whilst trying to purchase just R200 worth of goods, I was told to wait. I waited 20 minutes before I was asked to come to the customer service counter and speak to a woman on the phone. She says she needs all of my personal details which I am supposed to now spell out to her and every customer in the store within hearing distance. I was told by the rude person on the phone that it always happens this way. This is a blatant lie as I had purchased from the exact same store with the same card just a few months prior. Ive used it to buy thousands of rands worth of tyres, but still did not have to ever speak to some person over a telephone before. <br> <br> I informed her this has never ever happened before even though I have used this card in the same place. I was told that Im lying. <br> <br> She then refused the purchase as I would not give all my details. Fine with me, I wont ever be using this card again knowing this is the process.
