Complaint Regarding Settlement Process

While the opening of my account and initial loan setup was smooth and efficient, my experience with settling the loan has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeated attempts, I have received no meaningful response, and the process has been made nearly impossible to complete.

This lack of communication and support is unacceptable and has left me with no clarity on the next steps. I kindly request immediate assistance in finalizing the settlement, along with confirmation in writing once it has been processed.
