Complaint

I would like to put a complain in against RCS Card and Munnik Basson Dagama Inc. I phoned MBD to get a settlement amount on my account. They told me that RCS took the account back. I phoned RCS Card and there responds was that my account is paid up since May 2018. I was not inform from either of them that my account was paid up. So know I want to know what happened to the money that I have been paying since June 2018. None of them can give me an answer. What am I suppose to do?
