Poor service and processes not transparent!I app**** for a loan of 150k and I was told to pay 7k for legal fees, I did that, then I was told about an insurance fee of 5k, paid it then I was told about a cost of transfer fee of 3k, paid it as well and now I’m told to pay 11k because there’s a stop order from ‘SARS for VAT, I can’t get the loan until I pay this amount, told them I don’t have the amount n can I rather get my refund The lady by the name of Mrs Nancy Basson was assisting me in all of this running around
