Complain

I had an account with RCS in 2014 and have paid it up in May a lump sump of R 3500 and asked them to close the account. In 30 August 2015 I received a call from RCS that this payment was reversed and it is now captured as money owed to GAME. I get phone calls everyday asking me to pay the account as it is in arreas. I don't owe game anything. If I call the head office I am being transferred from pillar to post and this issue is affecting my credit profile. I am extremely frustrated with this . Can some one assist
