Closing of my account

<p>I paid up my account at RCS and I have send an email to them to close it and update my credit bereau until this date, the account is not closed and my credit bereau still shows that I have 1 payment in areas and account is still open. This is affecting my affordability and my credit exposure as I want to apply for other finances from other financial institutions.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one is coming back to me regarding this matter,</p>
