Closing of account

I opened an account, used it, there was a dispute or arrears. I then settled the matter, with confirmation of this from Makro, but yet they still have me as a bad debt, listed with Eperian. This happened in 2013 for a massive amount of R230.00.<br> this is unbelievable and completely unaccpetable!!!
