Client services complaint

Calling to client service is so disappointed. Call canter agents can keep you on the line with no resolution for 40min. 1 kept me holding for 30min. Finally spoke to a TL who ensured he would resolve my query. 5 days later still awaiting a call back. The client services department is disgusting!!! After sending proof of payment through 5 times I called again today 9Dec for a payment made in Oct and no one can find the payment. How do you run a business like this????
