Clearing My Name From The credit Bureau

My name is Mongezi Mtsatse, I’ve had an account with Game. On January 2019 I settled the account and closed it, but this account still appear under my name that I still owe Game even though I paid it last already. This has been very stressful as I’ve had no financial freedom due to this matter. I’ve been in contact with Game in numerous times trying to sort this out, I’ve been getting nothing but empty promises that this matter will be sorted but still today there’s been no change.

For such a big company to have no integrity and no matter of urgency when it comes to solving customer complaints. It really shows that Game is not customer centric
