Clear my credit record please!!!

I app**** for a loan a few years back. There was some confusion and I never ended up getting the loan. I reached out to RCS to have the issue resolved after their lawyers started contacting regarding payment. The manager at the time assured me the matter had been resolved and that my name had subsequently been cleared with the Credit Bureaus. Well, it turns out that three years later this loan is still reflecting on my name, as a bad debt none the less and the issue had in fact not been rectified. I tried reaching out to RCS to inquire about the matter and after giving me the runaround and promising to get back to me, I have yet to hear back from them. I need a confirmation email indicating this account has been closed and another letter which I can issue to the Credit Bureaus personally in order to clear my name.
