Charges for collection letters that I have never received

I keep being charged for collection letters that I have never receive and when i spoke to the call centre manger, Iris she told me that it is my responsibility to make sure that I receive the letters.

Game has my correct postal address but I as a customer am supposed t visit the post office about the letters that Game has carged me for. Game has been *****ing my money since they have been charging me for those letters and I have not recived and they dont even want to take the responsibility to make sure that i receive what i am being billed for.

The manager said she can retrieve archives and send me all the letters, what use are those letters to me now?

i want to close my account and I am being threatend that if i do not pay for the current collection letter i will be handed over. My Point is i am not willing to pay for the letter, especially if i have never received them and i want to close the account.

May i get a reasonable person to assist me please.
