I took out a loan in 2014 for an amount of R7500, it is now a year later and I want to read the contract, wait, I was never supp**** with a copy of the contract as per the National Credit Act. I missed one payment this year and have been paying extra every month to pay that amount off, now my instalment has increased from R569 to R611 - to date I have never received communication informing me of such (as per the National Credit Act stipulates any changes to an instalment should be communicated). On my statement, I now notice that I am getting charged for a collection letter which is under the guise of a Statement as per your call centre that either way you get charged for statements so this is a normal cost, um no, it's ******* not to supply a person with statements so it's the law. Explain!
