Card suspended with all payments up to date

<p>I paid my account on the 31/01/2017 but they call met & told me my account are in arrears & I must please pay the end of Feb dubble.. they ask me to please e mail the prrof as I did on the 21/02/2017..I send an e mail again one the 15/03/2017 but still no answer from there side to fix my account.. my card are still suspended.</p>
