Card suspended
<p>My name is Arise, my I'd number is ********** 492080. I paid up my account yesterday and immediately realized that my credit that I can still buy for was R300 instead of the normal R3000. Today I decided to check my balance using the USSD number and to my surprise it said I had R0 credit. I called the call centre and the consultant said my card was suspended and I should re apply after 5 years!! This is not acceptable at all. I need to use the card ASAP! How can the card be suspended?? After i paid?! Please rectify this immediately.... My card number is ********** ********** 57660</p>
