CANT KEEP THEIR PROMISES

<p>I made an EFT Payment on the 28-06-17 to RCS and on the 29-06-17 they debited my account and I immediately emailed them but no response then phoned RCS tell them about my problem, their consultant advised me to reverse the debit order as it will take forever for them to do it on their side and I did as I was told,i then when i checked my account status no payment is showing. I then phoned them and another consultant said the payment will reflect on their account after 7 days and asked me to send the proof of payment to POP the “email address “I did so and it went through but my account has not been updated yet it still shows that is due. RCS Phoned me on Tuesday and said that they will sort out my problem within 48hours today 13-07-17 my account is still showing that is due. I am not happy about your service not at all as a first time customer i even regret.</p>
