Cannot close account

I have been trying to close my account and get the credit transferred to my Bank account since 18/12/15.<br> I was requested to send my banking details and id via email which was done.Every once a week <br> since then I receive an email requesting additional information-today again after I supp**** them with <br> all the documents they requested previously I receive an email for more documents which were not previously requested -<br> I do not understand why is it so difficult for them to request all the<br> documentation first time around instead of asking for information in bits and pieces.<br> All I want is to close my account I dont understand why this should be so difficult.
