Cannot activate, Link card due to system being offline

I received a builders store card by RCS but when i tried to link my card it stated card does not exist i called RCS when transferred multiple times calling for a second time i was told to call back as the system is not working.

Just spoke to a card consulant can't do anything not picking up my ID Number reffered back to the store

Well i went to builders they could not help me apparently the card they gave me is not working they reffered me back to RCS i destroyed the card in store as this is how RCS treats its new clients Close the ACCOUNT

Ok so wen't to a builders store to activate my card they only told me the cards not working told me its not an RCS card i then folded the card in half as it was not activated, linked or working i'm asking for a new one thats working activated and linked

I don't know whether there was some sort of misunderstanding i DON'T NEED a Makro card as notified via email and Please EMAIL me the TC's CS for the Builders card i Can't accept via sms
