Cancelled Account

Good Day,<br> <br> I do trust you are well today RCS.<br> <br> I write to you today with extreme sadness. <br> <br> I wanted to use my Dion Wired account the other day only to find it has been cancelled because I didn't use it. I am really unhappy about this.<br> <br> I find it a quite disheartening that this has happened. <br> <br> Also, nobody contacted me to inform me that this happens if I don't use it. I would've used it then to keep it open.<br> <br> Is there no way it can be re-instated without re-applying.<br> <br> I would be immensely and emphatically grateful if you could. <br> <br> I do look forward to your reply.<br> <br> Many Thanks<br> <br> Jonathan
