Cancellation of Credit insurance with RCS

I am trying to cancel my insurance with RCS as to with their high cost on their loan and ridicules insurance premium and due to the new vat coming into effect. I wanted to cancel it and now they say that you cannot cancel it its is compulsory i have been trying to get an answer out of them where under RSA Law is it compulsory and in the consumer act does it states this that it is compulsory its must be like any other insurance you have the right to cancel it and take the risk upon your self they take that money for an insurance premium and when you paid up the loan they pocket the insurance premiums consumer loose all the way..... i am trying for the last week to get an answer from them where it states under law and they can not answer me where it stands in the consumer act and under SA law every response does not state this from RCS i advice people stay away from RCS loans............. i don't want their explanations of their company police on their insurance i want the to show me where this is under law!!!!!!!!!!
