Can't settle budget portion of my account

<p> </p> <p>I have two items on the budget portion of my RCS account, which together make up a little less than half the total installment. I want to pay off those two items to improve cashflow, but according to the RCS call centre, that can't be done. Their payments division use their infinite wisdom to determine which portion should be settled by any money coming in. Strange, because they very clearly differentiate between the budget and revolving portions of the account come billing time.</p> <p> </p> <p>That's tremendously silly. Almost as silly in fact, as RCS not allowing one to protect card purchases with a pin.</p>
