Can't close my RCS account

I called the call centre twice to close my account. <br> <br> I previously did this in December 2014 where they gave me a payment amount to pay and then was told to email them in order for them to close the account. No response and they didn't close it, so I phoned again on the 07 Jan 2015 and was told to email it again.<br> <br> I then logged a query on the RCS website, and big surprise, no response. <br> This poor level of service is unacceptable. Why can't they close the accounts when told to?
