Can't Close Account

I've tried closing my RCS account. How easy it is to open but didn't know they don't really want us to close it once opened. Since December 2014, i submitted all required documents to close this account, nothing has been done. whenever I make follow up calls i am told that account is still active and they will try to close it. I am sick and tired of such services of which we loyally pay all amounts due when they are due and they can't honor our request for closure!!!<br> <br>
