Can someone please answer the phone
I am unable to check my balance when using the short code. The website won't allow me to register because it says it does not recognise my details. <br> <br> I tried calling the call centre twice, was on hold for 10 minutes each time. No one answered. <br> <br> I really want to pay you guys but it seems you don't want my money. <br> <br> Please assist. <br>
