Call centre agent arrogance

My loan application got provisionally approved about 6 days ago but is has not been finalized. They have been verifying employment for the last 4 days and only told today when I called that I need to submit my payslip because employment could not be verify. It is very disappointing that no one called about this new requirement. To make this worse for me, I had the misfortune of dealing with a very very arrogant call centre agent name Leecha(If she gave me the correct name). I tried to explain to her that it is not fair that RCS doesn't call me for updates but she had none of if. She indicated to me that it is not RCS' responsibility to call me when they need info, well...this information would have been useful to me 6 days ago!! She didn't care that I also was not happy about the time this application has taken so far, even suggesting if I should cancel my application if I wish, and this was said with \Cancel the app if you are not happy but don't make it my problem"attitude. I would have cancelled the application on the spot"
