I opened a Coricraft account in June last year. I always paid more than the minimum due and conducted my account very well. In March 2016 the speedpoint machines were not working, so I was advised to go and pay at Cape Union Mart. The payment was not recorded and I s****ed being harassed about the "non-payment". The next thing I knew they had listed me on the credit bureau, despite my million attempts to get them to fix their *****-up. Now I cannot buy a car because of these nincom****s! I am taking this to the ombudsman and I will demand compensation for all the emotional turmoil you, RCS, have put me through for the past two months. I am beyond angry! I have had enough of your empty promises. Nxa!!!
