Bunch of ********** ....stay away!
I don't know why is it acceptable that a company can always make errors in their favour and its not deemed *****. I have a 6 month zero interest account yet I am being charged, interest ....18,5% interest when I ask the agent how is that possible, her reply is that she does not know. RCS I want this to be sorted and the interest charged to be retracted for all the months. Its the second time RCS charges my account in their favor.
