BUILDERS WAREHOUSE-RCS ACCOUNT REFUSING TO REFUND
I have a massbuild-Builders RCS account which had a balance of R15 000 and i paid R20 000 by error when settling the account. I have overpaid this account by R5000 and now i have been requesting a refund. Builders-RCS are telling me that Refund is impossible on my account. So i just need to accept that my R5000 is non-refundable though i was just settling account not buying anything.
