BUILDERS AND RCS CREDIT CARD ********

I am highly disappointed by the the treatment and cruelty of RCS and BUilders, i have been paying their credit card for more than i was supposed to be paying them because i wanted to be finish paying it, little did i know that those amounts i have been paying just disappear. when i checked my balance last week because i wanted now to settle it, to my supprise they only recorded one payment. Yhu the consiqueses of that on my side, their interests and damaging of credit score. I will not rest up until they fix this and i i want other customers to be careful when they are dealing with them BUILDER and RCS are ******** my hard earned cash. Not to mention how many times i tried their customer service with no help just waist of my resources.
