Breach of contract

My ref number is: ***. A bunch of *****s that work in the accounts department! I requested a statement on a monthly basis since Dec 2014 to be sent via email or post. As of today nothing has appeared. I make monthly payments of R1000.00 eventho my payment is only R560.00. RCS would harass me via email, text messages and phone calls but cant supply me with a statement. They hire *****s who tell me I have taken out a second loan (which I did not!!!!) They get their lawyers to harass me. Eventually they send me a text message saying they cancelled the second application. They need to catch a awake up and offer customer service.I WANT A STATEMENT saying how much I owe as I took out a loan of R7 500.00 and to date have paid back over R10 000.00!!! Catch a awake up idiots and do what a client wants. I will tell all my friends on facebook & twitter what a ******* company RCS is. They have all my details and still nothing. *****s are what they are!!!
