Blue Label and RCS are playing a game with me

RCS shared my details with Blue label connect, a lady called me selling a cellphone, I am in need of one to I agreed. They said they will take cash on my RCS credit and I will pay a certain amount on my store card for a period of 12 months. I later called back to ask for a different phone, they said they don't switch phones, they can only cancel and put me on a new phone deal. I cancelled but they had already debited my account. So now, I have not received a phone, nor was my account credited to remit the situation,. I now have a debt for a cell phone I don't have. I am so upset for the back and forth they do when I call. I call blue label they say I must call RCS, I call RCS they say they don't have any deal with me, I should call Blue label. I have been calling from Wednesday the 3rd of September 2025. There is no progress. I am now even thinking of involving my lawyer into this.
