blocking of my card

How can RCS group just put a block on your card!! I send in my retrenchment forms but it came back that there are not retrenchment insurance on it! So I'm fine with that how ever they still get there instalment every month now that I wanted to use my card its block because of retrenchment but how on earth can they just block it if its still being payed every month a super upset with the RCS group!! I think its not fair to block an card that is being paid every month
