blocked card!!!

I have recently paid up my RCS account and want to close it. Evertime I check my payments it keeps telling me that my card is blocked. I called the call centre today and they said they had successfully unblocked it but this has not been done yet. Please urgently assist me. This cannot go on like this any longer
