Block issue
i have been unable to use my JET RCS card for months eventhou i have been paying my account on time , my account is blocked i called the call centre twice on two separate occasions and my account was unblocked when i go into store to use my credit i am stopped because my account in not active this is embarrassing to have to go thru this all the time i requested the last agent i spoke to send me asks as proof that my account is active so i can show it to the people in store but I'm still waiting on that SMS too I'm so disappointed in your serve
