Black listed after full payment

<p>Was behind with payment because lost my job. so sold my car to pay the account and phoned them to get amount to pay. They said if I pay full amount I get a discount and that I don't have to send proof of payment to anywhere as that is the reason for reference number. So I went straight to an Absa bank and paid the account with reference number and amount that was indicated via phone calls and messages. I recently received a phone call from credit bureau that told me I have been black listed because of my RCS account and the date is after I already made full payment. I received proof that account is paid but I am still black listed for something that I paid prior.</p>
