Billed on an account I have not used in months!!

I have been debited on my RCS Coricraft account which had an amount of R 500.00 owing to me. I had not used this account for months and see that a debit order was placed on my account for R 660.00! RCS is *****ing from me. This is unaccceptable. When I call your call center I wait for long periods, wasting my airtime on your error! Please sort this issue out immediately. This is MY MONEY that you are taking from me!!! I will not use you ****** ever again.
