Beware of RCS they are ******

RCS are shady. In Nov I payed the settlement amount with them on my game store card, they told me I can not get settlement letter as it will take days for the account to closed. Today is 31/03/2020 still this account is operating because its not yet closed as per credit report from expirian. Very *********** staff and bad customer service
