Beware of Makro Finance by RCS #DANGER

I took Makro Finance to buy a new washing machine in 2018 because ours packed up. I opted for Makro Finance because it seemed like a good option at the time. I paid my installment under the impression I was paying it over 24 months but upon querying I find out I owe R20,000 on a R8,000 debt. Surely this is ****************! I am paying R12,000 interest!!! I never saw this paper work or remember agreeing to this.
